This website is run by Fitzgerald Co. Salon (ABN 87 660 280 188), a hairdresser at Shop 7/19 Railway Street, Mudgeeraba QLD 4213. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Fitzgerald Co. Salon.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Appointments are booked online through Phorest, our booking system. You'll see your stylist, the time and the price before you confirm, and Phorest's own terms apply to the booking itself.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call or text us at least 24 hours before it so we can offer the time to someone else. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we're unfortunately unable to refund your deposit.

The prices on our services page come from Phorest, our booking system, and we update them when they change. Some are “from” prices, and you'll always see your exact price in Phorest before you confirm. If a price here ever differs from the one in Phorest, the booking price is the one that applies.

Everything else here is general information about our services. Every head of hair is different, so we'll talk through what's right for you at your appointment.

Some photos on this website are styled or campaign images, there to show the kind of work we do. They aren't before-and-after results, and your result will depend on your hair.

The words, photos, logos and design of this website belong to Fitzgerald Co. Salon or the people who've licensed them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking first. Product brand names, such as J'Adore, CPR, Davroe and K18, belong to their owners.

This website links to sites we don't run, such as our booking page, Google, Instagram, Facebook, and Samoey Digital, who built this website. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, so please read their own terms and privacy policies.

We work hard to keep this website accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error free or up to date. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If any part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated. If you keep using the website after a change, you're agreeing to the new terms.
